Flaming Nazi


Ingredients:
1 oz Jagermeister® herbal liqueur
1 oz DeKuyper® Hot Damn cinnamon schnapps

Instructions:
Make sure the hot damn and the jagermeister are both cold before serving.

Flaming Jesus recipe


Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Absolut® vodka
1 splash lime juice
1 splash grenadine syrup
Bacardi® 151 rum

Instructions:
Pour vodka, lime juice, and grenadine into shot glass. Then layer 151 proof rum on top from the back of a spoon. Light the 151 and shoot it while lit if you dare. If you are worried about shooting a lit drink, just blow out the flame and then shoot the drink.

Flaming Lemon Drop


Ingredients:
1 1/2 shots Absolut® Citron vodka
1 splash Galliano® herbal liqueur
1/2 slice lemon
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp 151 proof rum

Instructions:
Pour absolut citron into a shot glass and top off with a splash of galliano. Place one half lemon slice flat on the rim of the shot glass, put some sugar on the slice and soak the sugar with 151 proof rum.

Just before drinking, ignite the sugar. Blow the flame out when it seems to caramelize the sugar. Lick the sugar off the lemon slice, down the vodka mixture, then either suck the juices or bite the pulp of the lemon.

Flaming Asshole


Ingredients:
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
1/2 oz green creme de menthe
1/2 oz creme de bananes
1/2 oz overproof rum

Instructions:
Layer in this order: grenadine, creme de menthe, banana liqueur, white rum. Ignite rum before serving. Server with a straw.

Raspberry Cordial


Ingredients:
2 parts raspberry juice
2 parts vodka
1 1/4 parts sugar

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Store in large bottles for 22 days. Pour into gift bottles and seal.

Cream Cordial


Ingredients:
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 cups coffee liqueur
1 cup whipping cream
4 eggs

Instructions:
In blender container, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Serve over ice if desired. Store tightly covered in refrigerator for up to one month. Stir before using.

*The Coffee Liqueur can be substituted for Almond, Mint or Orange Liqueur.

Cranberry Cordial


Ingredients:
1/2 kg coarsely chopped cranberries
3/4 liter sugar
1/2 liter light rum

Instructions:
Place the chopped cranberries in a 2 liter jar that has a tight-fitting lid. Add the sugar and rum. Adjust the lid securely and place the jar in a cool, dark place. Invert the jar and shake it every day for six weeks.

When ready, strain the cordial into bottles and seal with corks.

2 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
3 oz pineapple juice

Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Use the orange juice and pineapple juice to fill in a 1:2 ratio.

Jack Daniel's Lynchburg Lemonade


Container:
Mason Jar

Ingredients:
1 part Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey
1 part sweet and sour mix
1 part DeKuyper triple sec
4 parts Sprite soda

Instructions:
Add ice and stir. Garnish with lemon slices and cherries.

Lava Flow


Container:
Hurricane Glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Bacardi light rum
1 oz Malibu coconut rum
2 oz fresh strawberries
1 Kerns strawberry-banana nectar
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz coconut cream

Instructions:
Blend banana, coconut cream, and pineapple juice in a blender and set aside. In the bottom of a hurricane glass, stir together both rums and strawberries.

Blue Lagoon


Container:

Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
lemonade
1 maraschino cherry

Instructions:
Pour vodka and curacao over ice in a highball glass. Fill with lemonade, top with the cherry, and serve.

Bloody Mary


Container:
Old-Fashioned Glass

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz vodka
3 oz tomato juice
1 dash lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 - 3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 limes

Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except lime wedge) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the wedge of lime and serve.

Devil Juice


Container:
Collins Glass

Ingredients:
1/2 oz sloe gin
1/2 oz Jim Beam bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
6 oz Coca-Cola

Instructions:
Stir ingredients together in a Collins glass filled with ice cubes, and serve.

French 75 (Cognac)


Container:
Champagne Flute

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz cognac
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
6 oz Champagne

Instructions:
Combine cognac, sugar and lemon juice in shaker. Add ice and shake till chilled. Pour into champagne flute. Pour champagne over cognac concoction. Garnish with lemon curl.

Classic Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:
3 oz Champagne
1/3 oz cognac
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp sugar

Instructions:
Soak one sugar cube in a champagne flute with angostura bitters. Add champagne and cognac. Squeeze in a twist of lemon and discard. Garnish with half a slice of orange.

1/2 oz white rum
1 squeeze lemons
1/2 oz dry gin
1 shot Champagne
1/2 oz vodka
1 splash Sprite soda
1 splash grenadine syrup

Instructions:
Mix ingredients and serve.

Container:

Ingredients:
10 cl frozen orange juice
1/2 fresh peach
Smirnoff Raspberry Twist vodka
2 - 3 drops grenadine syrup
1 tsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp vanilla sugar syrup
3 cl Absolut Mandrin vodka
Champagne

Instructions:
Chop the peach and put into a blender. Blend together with the frozen orangejuice and a few raspberries. Add a few drops grenadine, the limejuice and the sugar syrup. Blend until it's smooth.

Ingredients:
4 oz Champagne
1 splash Campari bitters
1 sugar
1 drop Angostura bitters

Instructions:
Place a drop of angostura bitters on a sugar cube and drop into a champagne flute. Add champagne and splash of campari.

Champagne Rum Punch

Punch Bowl

Ingredients:
1 liter Bacardi light rum
1 liter anejo rum
750 ml bottle sweet vermouth
750 ml bottle Champagne
1 qt freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup cranberry juice
2 sliced freshly squeezed orange juice

Instructions:
Combine the rums, wines and juices in a large punch bowl, and stir well. Add one large block of ice, and garnish with orange slices. Makes 30 (6-ounce) punch cups.

Blackjack


Container:
Old-Fashioned Glass

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Johnnie Walker Scotch whisky
1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1/2 oz DeKuyper triple sec
1/2 oz lemon juice

Instructions:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass.

5-Ball


Ingredients:
1 fifth DeKuyper triple sec
3 packages
sugar

Instructions:
Prepare kool-aid as normal, except add double the amount of sugar. When done, add one fifth of the volume of triple sec, and serve chilled.

Absolut Sexy Lemonade Punch

Container:
Highball Glass

Ingredients:
15 oz Absolut vodka
7 1/2 oz DeKuyper triple sec
7 oz 7-Up soda
4 oz lemon juice
1 lemonade
sweet and sour mix
1/2 - 1 cup sugar
1/8 oz grenadine syrup

Instructions:
Pour vodka, triple sec, 7-up, and lemon juice into a 64 ounce container. Slice a lemon, add, then almost-fill with sweet and sour mix. Add sugar and a touch of grenadine, and shake well. Serve into highball glasses. Stir or shake well with each serving to circulate the sugar.

Amaretto Coffee

Irish Coffee Cup

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
8 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1/2 - 1 oz whipped cream

Instructions:
Very tasty! Put a shot of amaretto into a coffee mug and fill it up with coffee. A little whipped cream on top is the perfect garnish!

1 1/2 oz Johnnie Walker Scotch whisky
3/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur

Instructions:
Pour ingredients into an old-fashioned glass over ice and serve.

Black Stuff


Container:
Cocktail Glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Johnnie Walker Scotch whisky
1 oz white creme de menthe
1/2 - 2 oz dark tea

Instructions:
Pour the Scotch whisky and creme de menthe, into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Add dark tea, to taste. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a mint sprig, and serve.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Johnnie Walker Scotch whisky
1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1/2 oz heavy cream
pineapple juice

Instructions:
Fill a rocks glass with ice, then add Scotch and Kahlua. Float cream on top and stir.

Ingredients:
1 shot Bailey's Irish cream
1 shot Malibu coconut rum
1 shot Yukon Jack Canadian whisky

Instructions:
Mix and drink.

Mac Daddy

1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
1 oz pineapple juice

Instructions:
Shake ingredients with ice; strain into a cocktail glass.


Whisky Melba


Container:
Highball Glass

Ingredients:
4 cl Scotch Whisky
12 cl dry ginger ale
3 - 4 drops Angostura bitters
1 piece ginger beer

Instructions:
Muddle a small piece of fresh ginger in the glass. Fill glass with ice, add whisky and ginger ale. Drop in a strip of lemon peel and stir gently.

1 1/2 oz Johnnie Walker Scotch whisky
1 oz green ginger wine
